The Belgrade Center for Local Government (BCLG) is the leading think tank in the Western Balkans in the field od good governance, European integration, regional cooperation and fight against corruption.
Headquartered in Belgrade, the BCLG has strong field presence in Serbia, and numerous partner organisations in the Western Balkans, including within the EU member states Slovenia, Croatia, Rumania, Bulgaria and Greece.
The BCLS has signed the strategic partnership agreement with the Institute for the Regions of Europe, from Salzburg, Austria.
The current executive director is Mr. Nikola Jovanovic, postgraduate from College of Europe and Ecole National d’Administration, former Serbian diplomate and adviser to the United Nations. The Board of Advisers consists of former EP members, diplomats and business owners.
The BLCS is fully independent public institute, with impeccable reputation and professional record.

Creating the Network of Cities and Municipalities in the Western Balkans, with aim to promote best practices, economic growth and cooperation.
Ranking the companies in the region according to their social corporate responsibility and their contribution to the UN sustainable development goals.
Preparing the White Paper of High Level Corruption, with the goal to eradicate political corruption and organised crime in the Western Balkans.
